13 opened its doors on February 13, 2004. Its owners, Alana and Jim Monaghan Jr., having no qualms or superstitions, opened the bar at 1313 hours.
13 has a full service bar and kitchen with some of the best food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere on Frenchmen, one of New Orleans’ most exciting streets. 13 is open from 11am-4am daily, serving food and grog during all hours
